Jessica received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry and economics from McGill University in 2014, her postbaccalaureate diploma in special education for healthcare professionals from Simon Fraser University in 2017, and her master’s degree and doctorate in occupational therapy from NYU in 2020. She has also received additional postgraduate training in hand occupational therapy and sports occupational therapy.
